Our Programs
The Black & Gold Athletics Club is an 501(c)(3) charitable organization offering a range of programs to support the Syracuse, NY community. Such programs target nutrition, job training, leadership courses, transportation, etc. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, family or group we serve.
Our Success Stories
In 2024, we launched our flagship program:
e=NM^3
(Excellence = Nourished Muscles, Minds, and Mood).
During the 9 weeks of Spring Session sports, we served over 1,000 meals to the student-athletes of Henninger High School.
The full program is scheduled for expansion in three phases at five sites. Ultimately, this initiative will serve over 3,000 high school student-athletes on a weekly basis by the year 2029.
By focusing on individuals and families needing assistance to overcome financial, medical, and social challenges, CNY’s priority populations will benefit.
